AROUND
KINLOCHEWE MOUNTAIN CHALETS
Surrounded by acres of spectacular scenery, and a less than a mile from the Beinn Eighe National Nature Reservere. Excursions can be made to Isle of Skye, Loch Ness, Aviemore and the Cairngorms, as well as other areas of interest. The village of Gairloch (21 miles) which has stunning beaches, offers boat trips, horse riding/trekking, 9 hole links golf course and leisure centre. A visit to Inverewe gardens at Poolewe is a must.
HILL WALKING
The Torridon area is a mecca for hillwalkers. You can walk to the Visitor centre at Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve from the village.
BOAT TRIPS
There are Wildlife boat trips and glass bottom boats from Gairloch, where you could see Dolphins, Whales, Seals, Eagles etc.
HORSEBACK RIDING
There is a trekking centre in Gairloch, which is based at the beautiful red point beach.

There is a 9 hole links golf course in Gairloch, and also a
9 hole course in Lochcarron.

There is sea kayaking at Gairloch, also canoeing available on Loch Maree and Stand up Paddle boarding.
BEACHES
Gairloch Beach is a spectacular and secluded beach. It nestles on a bay overlooking the Minch and surrounded by mountains and moorland.
